thanks to which the door tightening force is 37 kg.
The new mechanism guarantees full closing of the heaviest sliding doors from any position.
Unlike its predecessors,
the CAYMAN design does not have a transmission belt and the plastic gear is replaced with a metal one.
Thanks to this, KAYMAN has become an absolute leader among its analogues in terms of reliability
- it does not need to carry out regular maintenance, and its resource is more than 1,200,000 cycles
The CAYMAN drive is reversible - this means that in the absence of power,
it can be moved along the rail manually.
The CAYMAN determines its position by a non-contact encoder,
which is much more reliable than traditional limit switches or "over-current" shutdown schemes. |

CAYMAN is equipped with a modern controller,
which provides: auto-rollback when the door hits an obstacle,
sound notification of the driver, setting the opening width,
adjusting the opening/closing speed,
emergency opening from the inside and outside.
The design of the CAYMAN is made in a vertical design,
thanks to which the drive takes up less space in the cabin and is not striking for passengers.
The drive is made in the aesthetics of modern design
- a special shape with a graceful surface texture will give a unique style to the car interior.
The color scheme of the parts is made in muted tones,
which makes dirt practically invisible during operation in difficult weather conditions.
In the basic equipment, the drive has an LED lamp,
which additionally illuminates the steps of the bus,
thereby increasing the comfort of getting on and off the passengers.
The lantern is reliably removed from the source of splashes,
